California cell phone law in effect
California’s hands-free phone law went

Citibank PINs stolen
Thieves stole PINs from Citibank’s ATMs at 7-Eleven
stores. Industry standards require that PINs be
encrypted. But the ATM operators weren’t doing that. The
heists netted millions. Three people have been charged.

newspapers for information about deaths.
Rather, it will gather information from

contract. But it will offer the new
